Basement waterproofing systems
Interior drainage, sump systems and the wall and floor work that goes with them carry a lifetime warranty. If water gets back in through a system we installed, you call us and we come back.
A waterproofing warranty is only worth what happens when water comes back. Ours is for the life of the home, it goes with the house when you sell, and it is honoured by the same people who did the work — not a warranty company on the other end of a claim form.
What the stamp means
For as long as the house stands, not for a year or for as long as you own it. A system that is sized and installed correctly should never need the warranty — and if it does, that is on us.
The coverage belongs to the house. When you sell, the buyer inherits it, and a documented lifetime waterproofing warranty is one of the few basement facts that helps a listing instead of hurting it.
You call the Lancaster office, and we come back and put it right. No adjusters, no third party, no arguing about whose fault the rain was.
What is covered
Interior drainage, sump systems and the wall and floor work that goes with them carry a lifetime warranty. If water gets back in through a system we installed, you call us and we come back.
Structural repairs — piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber — are warrantied for the life of the home on the repair itself, once the drainage that caused the movement has been corrected with it.
The liner, the sealing and the structural work under the house carry the same lifetime warranty. Encapsulation liners are warrantied against failure, not against a homeowner cutting through them.
Exterior drainage, grading, and the shell work behind a finished basement carry a workmanship warranty, and a finished basement is warrantied on both the water and the build.
The written warranty you sign with your estimate is the governing document — this page is the plain-English version of it. Ask Josh for a copy before you sign anything, and ask for the transfer letter when you list the house.
